An amazing place to come with family, friends or a loved one. Great customer service and delicious food. Huge menu with endless possibilities. I had the stuffed French toast and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were full of so much flavor. I highly recommend you try those out! Definitely coming back again...

What a fantastic find in San Diego! I've been helping a friend who recently moved and they treated me to breakfast at this place. It was the first time for both of us at this place. The staff is going above and beyond my expectations. The portions are generous, and the good is fantastically seasoned. I had the chicken fried steak with gravy for breakfast...

Dropped by for a late breakfast at around 12:30 pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ate on the patio, lots of room and good shade. I had the eggs benedict. Eggs were perfectly cooked for a benedict, creamy golden yolk and just done egg white, really excellent. It looks like Hoorah will be an excellent new restaurant in RB for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch today and tried the tuna sandwich and turkey wrap. Wow...very generous portion and delicious! Looking forward to going back for more. A must check out place!

Soft opening: large selection of lunch and breakfast fare with amble indoor and outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking and the service is quick and attentive.
